Review #63: Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri

Another big oscar contender finds its way to Pittsburgh and here’s my review (all spoiler-free). Also, there’s the final Cinereelists FML update for the Fall 2017 season, including record breaking performances, our first repeat winner, and much much more. The FML update starts around the 23 minute mark.

Review #62: Coco

There’s a new Pixar film in town and I’ve got a review of it. Spoilers start around the 32 minute mark.

Review #61: Lady Bird

Go see it! Saoirse Ronan and Greta Gerwig and Laurie Metcalf deserve all the love and adoration. (I guess I kind of liked it.)

Statistics #48: Justice League

The FML update will hit you around the 27 minute mark. Justice League touched a lot of people and none of them enjoyed it, statistically.

Review #60: Justice League

Spoiler: There won’t be much praise dished out to the newest DCEU film in town. No sir. Not much at all.

Statistics #47: The Star

It’s an animated film with a huge cast, the perfect subject for a statistics episode. There’s also some talk about my upcoming episodes and a piece of listener mail! This is also the first episode I’ve recorded on my desktop computer! I finally took the time to port over all my queues and programs and whatnot required to do so and I’m very pleased to have a mouse to edit episodes now.

General #25: Odds and Ends 2

Today we dive into Top 300 films, James vs. Zach, some 2017 statistics and round things out with the FML update starting around the 45 minute mark. Enjoy!

Statistics #46: Top 10 NovemberBorn Actors

The November page here on Circle of Film has already been updated. 10 more names get immortalized in this month’s Top 10 actor list. There’s old and new, male and female, and dead and alive names to talk about. But how many of these names will be here next year?

Statistics #45: Murder on the Orient Express

Apologies for the late release! A new Branagh film that’s sure to appeal to the older crowd. It’s got a flashy cast that features some of the best names around (Judi Dench, Willem Dafoe) as well as the new hotness (Daisy Ridley, Leslie Odom Jr.).

Reviews 6: Bad Moms Christmas, Jane, Goodbye Christopher Robin

In addition to the films in the title, I also go into Ex Libris: New York Public Library, The Little Hours, and The Killing of a Sacred Deer. The FML update starts around the 40 minute mark.

Statistics #44: Thor: Ragnarok

There’s a brief spoiler section for a couple of the actors starting around the 22 minute mark. It should come to little surprise that everyone involved benefited greatly from their inclusion in Ragnarok.

Review #59: Thor: Ragnarok

Spoilers start around the 18-minute mark! Marvel’s newest comedic, space-adventure book movie.
